摘要
Coulometric titration technique has been employed for the determination of the oxygen partial pressure at which n-type and ionic conductivities are equal for commercial zirconia electrolytes in the temperature range from 1243 to 1873 K. Measured values for CaO-stabilized ZrO//2 show negligible dependence on the concentrations of impurities such as SiO//2 and Al//2O//3. Measured values for MgO-stabilized ZrO//2 show a slight decrease with an increase in the concentration of cubic ZrO//2 from 40% to 100%.
