摘要
Cathodoluminescence of deformed ZnO ceramics is studied in a scanning electron microscope based cathodoluminescence measurement system. Mechanical damage of the surface produces the decrease of the CL emission and a shift of the emission peak to higher wavelengths. The possible influence of oxygen vacancies on the observed effects is discussed.
