摘要
The use of autohydrolysis bagasse lignin for incorporation into phenolic novolac systems lignin mixture used for binding of wood-like materials was studied. The phenolic raw materials selected were phenol and cresylic acids to confer special properties on these lignin resins. The method selected for the manufacture of lignin resins dealt with modification of the lignin by the phenolation route. The effect of substitution levels of different phenolic components with lignin on physical properties was evaluated by testing of lignin resin impregnated paper laminates.
