摘要
Studies have been made of non-ohmic behavior as a function of composition in the range 0. 1 to 0. 5 wt% of Nb//2O//5 and sintering temperature varying from 900 to 1300 degree C. The non-linearity coefficient alpha varies with composition and sintering temperature. The maximum value is achieved for the samples containing 0. 2 wt% Nb//2O//5 sintered at 1100 degree C.
