摘要：
Three new lignans isolated from the roots of Bupleurum salicifolium were characterised as guamarol, isoguamarol and guamarolin on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence. The known lignans, kaerophyllin, isokaerophyllin and matairesinol, were also obtained.
