DETERMINATION OF INGREDIENTS OF ANTIPYRETIC ANALGESIC PREPARATIONS BY MICELLAR ELECTROKINETIC CAPILLARY CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要
The principal ingredients of antipyretic analgesic preparations were determined simultaneously by micellar capillary electrokinetic chromatography with sodium dodecyl sulfate as the anionic surfactant. All of these compounds migrated to the cathode and were well-resolved within ca. 20 min between the aqueous and micellar phases, with number of theoretical plate values ranging from 70,000 to 130,000. On-column detection at 214 nm with ethyl p-aminobenzoate as the internal standard allowed accurate and reproducible determination of these compounds. Application to a commercial antipyretic analgesic tablet demonstrated the usefulness of this method.
