摘要
Studies on the catalytic activity of binary oxide catalysts based onγ-alumina in the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene were carried out. Alumina was modified by introducing by coprecipitation Fe2O3, Cr2O3, NiO, MoO3 and MgO in amounts not exceeding 7 wt.-%. It was found that the introduction of iron (III)oxide and chromia, in particular, to γ-alumina leads to a considerable increase in its catalytic activity for the studiedreaction. © 1990.
