摘要:
A novel 2'-deoxyuridine analogue carrying an aminoalkyl tether at l'-position of the sugar moiety was synthesized and incorporated into oligonucleotides, then an intercalating group was attached to the amino group. Duplexes, consisting of the oligonticleotides and a complementary strand. were more stable than a unmodified parent duplex.
