摘要
Percolation theory is applied to the modeling of the deactivation of ZMS-5 by instantaneous coke formation leading to site coverage and pore blockage. In the presence of diffusional limitations coke formation of both the parallel and of the consecutive type is considered. The evolution with time of the profiles of reactants and products concentrations and of the coke content inside the catalyst is predicted. © 1990.
