摘要
Photocurrent action spectra of Fe-doped PLZT ceramics showed that iron defects enhanced the visible light photoconductivity of PLZT. Long thermal diffusion times increased the dark conductivity. Photocurrent action spectra were used to separate the photocurrent, photovoltaic, dark current, and space charge contributions to the total photocurrent.
