摘要
Polymer-anchored molybdenum acetylacetonate has been prepared in two steps. The first consisted of the functionalization of chloromethylated styrene-divinylbenzene copolymers to introduce acetylacetonate groups. In the second step, the polymers were complexed with molybdenum to give the polymer anchored molybdenum acetylacetonate. All the polymers were characterized by the usual spectrometric methods. During the first step, the yield depended on the excess of acetylacetonate used for the reactions and was improved by employing sodium iodide. With this method, more acetylacetonate functions were fixed on the polymer but some side reactions were caused and an attempt was made to identify them.
