摘要
The microbiological transformation by the fungus Gibberella fujikuroi of ent-7-alpha,15-beta-dihydroxy-kaur-16-ene gave ent-7-alpha,15-beta,19-trihydroxy-kaur-16-ene, ent-7-alpha,11-alpha,15-beta-trihydroxykaur-16-ene, ent-7-alpha,11-alpha,15-beta,16-beta,17-pentahydroxy-kaurane and ent-7-alpha,11-alpha,13,15-beta-tetrahydroxy-kaur-16-ene. ent-7-alpha,15-beta,18-Trihydroxy-kaur-16-ene (eubotriol) afforded ent-7-alpha,11-alpha,15-beta,18-tetrahydroxy-kaur-16-ene, ent-7-alpha,15-beta,18,19-tetrahydroxy-kaur-16-ene, ent-7-alpha,17,18-trihydroxy-15-beta,16-beta-epoxy-kaurane (epoxysideritriol), and ent-7-alpha,17,18,19-tetrahydroxy-kaur-15ene. The last three compounds were identified as their acetate derivatives.
