The muon spin relaxation rate (mu-SR-sigma(T), a measure of the superconducting carrier concentration) due to the vortex lattice was measured for ceramic (Bi1.8Pb0.3)(Sr2-xLax)Ca0.9Cu2O8+delta samples with T(c) = 26 --> 85K. It was found that both T(c) (x) and sigma-0(T(c)) are almost-linear functions, showing that these materials are in the low-doping range of the T(c) vs carrier concentration curve. This brings mu-SR results in line with other studies of the T(c)-dependence on hole concentration in the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O family.
