The conductivity of liquid In1-xSex alloys decreases rapidly with increasing Se concentration, and shows a deep minimum and a small peak at the compositions x = 0.58 and 0.60, respectively. The dependence of the thermopower on concentration exhibits two minima with a small and a large negative value at the compositions x = 1/3 and 0.58, respectively. The electrical properties of liquid In1-xSex alloys with 0.3 less-than-or-equal-to x less-than-or-equal-to 0.5 were studied by the Mott pseudo-gap model. A reasonable value of the g-factor can be obtained by this model. The conductivity and thermopower near the stoichiometry In2Se3 were analyzed by using the equations derived from the Kubo-Greenwood formula. According to this analysis, the conductivity gap was about 0.4 eV for liquid alloys near stoichiometry.
