摘要
The role of the recently proposed hole-pairing interaction as a mechanism of superconductivity in high-T(c) oxide superconductors is analyzed. A tight-binding Hamiltonian is considered and a generalized expression for the momenum-dependent energy-gap function is derived on the basis of BCS-type pairing in Hubbard-like subbands. The energy states in the subbands are obtained, with hole propagation in a matrix of anions in a plane. The variation of T(c) versus the charge-carrier concentration n for different strengths of pairing interaction is studied. A possible connection between this and similar behavior in superconductors of transition-metal alloys is discussed.
