摘要:
We have observed magnetoresistance oscillations in CaVO3-y single crystals below 4.2 K and in fields above 10 Telsa. The oscillation frequency is about 300 Tesla. This frequency corresponds to a surface cross section of 3 x 10(14) cm-2 in the reciprocal lattice space for cubic CaVO3. This is 1% of the cross section of the first Brillouin zone.
