摘要
Basal tyrosine hydroxylase activity was the same in the nuclei accumbens and hypothalami of WKY and SHR. Basal striatal enzyme activity was lower in SHR than in WKY. Acute and subacute cocaine administration altered enzyme activity only in striata and nuclei accumbens of WKY. The central dopaminergic system of SHR appears to be less active and less sensitive to cocaine than that of WKY. © 1990.
