STRUCTURE OF (BENZENETHIOLATO)OXO[N-(2-SULFIDOPHENYL)SALICYLIDENE-IMINATO(2-)-O,N,S]TECHNETIUM(V)

The tridentate dianionic ligand spans three positions in the basal plane, including the phenolic 0 atom, the neutral N atom and the thiolate S atom, the fourth position being occupied by the benzenethiolate S atom. The Tc atom lies 0.66 angstrom above the basal plane towards the 0(1) apex and with respect to the mean basal plane the four donor atoms are in a slightly puckered (+/- 0.12 angstrom) arrangement.
