摘要
Temperature dependences of resistivity ρ{variant}(T), Hall coefficient RH(T), magnetization M(T, H) and heat capacity C(T) are measured for CeSi2-xGax(0.7≤x≤I.3) compounds. At temperatures Tm < 10 K the ordering of partially compensated Ce magnetic moments takes place. The Tm value decreases as Si is substituted by Ga. The CeSi2-xGax system is characterized by two Kondo temperatures ThK≈100 K and T1K≈10 K which are increased with the gallium concentration. The variation of ThK (x) and T1K (x) makes it possible to interpret the systematics of RH, ρ{variant}, M, C b ehaviour in CeSi2-xGax compounds. © 1990.
