摘要：

Three cases of secondary gastric lymphoma are presented in which diagnosis was suggested by ultrasound (US) and confirmed by endoscopy and microscopical examination. Three different US patterns are illustrated and compared with endoscopy. US findings paralleled endoscopy during follow-up under antiblastic treatment: both improvement and lack of change in the gastric lesions were reliably predicted by US. © 1990.
