摘要
The phase diagram of YBa2(Cu0.963Zn0.037)3O6+x has been studied versus Oxygen content. Both the Neel temperature T(N), as measured from Y-89 NMR data, and the superconducting temperature T(c) given by ac susceptibility data display fast variations with oxygen doping. This is found quite different from results obtained for Ga substitution. Y-89 NMR shift data taken for the most oxidized samples demonstrate that charge transfer is not modified in the case of Zn doping.
