摘要
Sucrose is determined in a flow injection system involving conversion to glucose (via reaction with invertase and mutarotase), generation of H//2O//2 from the glucose (via reaction with glucose oxidase), and chemiluminescence determination of the H//2O//2 (via reaction with luminol). The glucose oxidase reaction and chemiluminescence reaction occur in a microporous membrane flow cell. Use of both dissolved and immobilized invertase and mutarotase is investigated. This work is pertinent to food product analysis.
