ELECTRICAL-PROPERTIES OF RARE-EARTH BISPHTHALOCYANINE AND BISNAPHTHALOCYANINE COMPLEXES

摘要
The electrical properties of thin film of bisphthalocyanine complexes of lutetium (Pc2Lu) and thulium (Pc2Tm) and of mixed phthalo-naphthalocyanine of lutetium (NPcPcLu) are determined as a function of the voltage and temperature. The chemical mechanisms associated with charge transport are explicated. Pc2Lu and NPcPcLu are intrinsic semiconductors whose activation energy is directly correlated to the electrochemical properties of the molecular unit in solution. Pc2Tm thin film contains traps approximately 0.17 eV above the valence level. © 1990.
