STRUCTURAL REINVESTIGATION OF (LAS)1.14NBS2 AND RESISTIVITY MEASUREMENTS

摘要
The structure of (LaS)1.14NbS2 has been reexamined through a supercell approach using the Bb2b non-centrosymmetric space group instead of the centrosymmetric one Bbcb previously reported (1). Now, the reliability factor stabilizes at a much lower value (R = 0.067 to compare with R = 0.155) for 830 reflexions with I > 3σ(I). Resistivity measurements made on single crystals indicate a metallic behaviour and a transition to a superconducting state below Tc = 2.43 K. © 1990.
