摘要
High energy ball-milled and heat treated Nd12.6Fe69.3Co11.6Zr0.5B6 (2:14:1 phase)-alpha-Fe and Nd12Fe75Mo13Nx (1:12 phase)-alpha-Fe magnetic powders have been compacted by hot pressing to form magnets. A systematic study on the effect of pressing temperature and time on the remanence J(r), intrinsic coercivity H-J(c), and density rho, has been carried out. Hot pressing of Nd-2(Fe,Co,Zr)(14)B-alpha-Fe composite powder, containing a 40% volume fraction of magnetically soft alpha-Fe, produced an isotropic magnet with J(r) approximate to 1 T, H-J(c) approximate to 428 kA m(-1) and rho = 7.59 g cm(-3). The magnetic properties of near full density Nd(Fe,Mo)(12)N-x-alpha-Fe-type magnets formed in a similar manner were also studied.
