摘要
The substrate specificity of a new soluble recombinant deacetoxycephalosporin C/deacetylcephalosporin C synthase has been investigated and was found to be identical to that of the wild type fungal enzyme. Using the soluble enzyme, a new metabolite has been detected on incubation with [4-H-2]-exomethylene cephalosporin C.
