摘要
A mixture of acrylic resin and carboxymethyl cellulose was used for the preparation of a matrix in an attempt to modify the release rate of propranolol HCI. The dissolution data indicate that it is possible to prepare a dosage form from these polymers capable of delivering the drug at constant rate (zero-order release).
