摘要
Properties of a one-dimensional periodic-lattice solution made of sine-Gordon kinks are studied analytically. The kink density can be varied arbitrarily by specifying a parameter of the model. Our main interest is on the density dependences of the kink-kink interaction and the dispersion relations of propagating mesons. We find that the range and the strength of the static meson-exchange potential are density independent, while propagating mesonic modes are modified by the medium significantly. Especially the mass of the propagating meson decreases as the kink density increases.
