SUBPICOSECOND SKEW IN MULTIMODE FIBER RIBBON FOR SYNCHRONOUS DATA-TRANSMISSION

摘要
Skew < 0.25 ps/m across a 10-wide graded index multimode fibre ribbon is demonstrated for the first time. This subpicosecond skew extends practical applications of multimode fibre ribbon to include synchronous parallel transmission with an aggregate data-rate distance product > 10 Gbit/s km.
