CORRELATIONS BETWEEN THE STRUCTURAL DISTORTION OF LACUO3 LATTICE AND THE RESULTING PHYSICAL-PROPERTIES

摘要
LaCuO3 can present two structural types versus the oxygen pressure value, a tetragonal form for P less-than-or-equal-to 50 kbar and a rhombohedral one for the highest pressures. In order to precise the physical properties of both structures two different approaches have been developed : an ''ab initio'' calculation of the electronic structure based on the A.S.W. method, experimental magnetic and electric measurements on both forms.
