摘要
Two novel anthocyanins, pelargonidin 3-O-beta-D-glucoside-5-O-(6-O-malonyl-beta-D-glucoside) and pelargonidin 3-O-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl-beta-D-glucoside)-5-O-(4-O-malonyl-beta-D-glucoside) have been isolated from red flowers of Hyacinthus orientalis cv Holly Hock, along with seven known anthocyanins, two of which include cis-p-coumaric acid as the acyl moiety. Their complete structures were unambiguously elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR techniques and other spectral evidence.
