摘要
Solid-state electrochemical sensors of the type Ag/Ag6I4WO4/PbSnF4/ sputtered metal electrode are proposed for monitoring the concentration of oxygen gas under either reduced or elevated pressure at ambient temperature. Potentiometric and amperometric response characteristics are investigated for sensors with different metal electrodes. The amperometric sensor with a platinum sensing electrode shows a good linear relation between short-circuit current and partial pressure of oxygen and a high sensitivity of 25 nA/atm. © 1990.
