摘要：

This paper has been prepared to provide a comprehensive bibliography that relates to the development, results and continuing research into the theory of the worth of electrical service reliability. It covers material that has been published from 1980 to 1990. The primary emphases are on the theories and methods used in determining the interruption costs experienced by the consumers. Application of interruption cost data in planning of electrical systems is also included.
