摘要
The pressure effect on the Curie temperature of the invar alloy is calculated by the molecular field theory for the collective-electron ferromagnet. The bandwidth (W) is assumed to depend on R, the atomic-distance, in such a way that W ∝ R-5. Kanamori's effective correlation energy is employed as the molecular-field constant. The large negative pressure effect, which is observed in the invar alloy is obtained for a parabolic band and a more realistic band. © 1969.
