摘要
Optical fluorescence and decay times of Eu3+-doped silica sol-gel glasses were measured as a function of processing parameters such as densification temperature, pH and water: precursor ratio. The optical data were interpreted in terms of structural changes in the Eu3+ environment under different sol-gel processing conditions.
