We have measured the wavelength of the intercombination line P-3(1)-S-1(0) of Ca-40. The wavelength of a dye laser, stabilized to the intercombination line P-3(1)-S-1(0) of Ca-40, was compared with the wavelength of an I2-stabilized He-Ne laser by means of a newly developed wavemeter. The estimated uncertainty of the measured wavelength ratio is 7 X 10(-11) (3sigma) and the measured wavelength agrees with the previous results within the uncertainty of the I2-stabilized He-Ne laser.
