摘要
A kinetic model for the production of lactic acid by Lactobacillus delbruckii from glucose has been developed using the batch kinetic data of Luedeking. This model incorporates the inhibitory effects of undissociated lactic acid and of hydrogen ion concentration upon cellular growth and production processes.
