OBSERVATION OF LARGE SOLVENT EFFECTS ON THE P-31 SHIELDING TENSOR OF A CYCLIC-NUCLEOTIDE

摘要
High-resolution P-31 solid-state NMR measurements on frozen solutions of a cyclic nucleotide (adenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate, sodium salt) provide the P-31 shielding tenser and reveal that the chemical shift has a significant dependence upon hydrogen bonding.
