摘要
Conducting patterns can be created in the insulating pristine ladder type polymer films BBL and BBB by spatially selective heating using laser annealing. The conducting regions consist of cross-linked, stable, ladder polymers. Subsequent fluorination leads to conducting patterns embedded in a completely transparent film. These features may lead to a variety of possible applications.
