ON THE POLYMERIZATION OF ACRYLONITRILE IN THE PRESENCE OF SOME UNSATURATED TRIAZINE DERIVATIVES

摘要
The polymerization of acrylonitrile in the presence of some unsaturated, triazinebased fluorescent brighteners (FB) has been investigated. It was found colourimetrically that more than 80% of the FB is incorporated in the polymer. The initial concentration of 0.1 wt.-% is sufficient to obtain a good bleaching effect without significant decrease of the molecular weight.
