摘要
New key carbohydrate intermediate, 1-chloroacetyl-1-dehydroxy-2,3,5-tri-O-benzoyl-beta-D-ribofuranose (1a), has been synthesized. The application of this key intermediate would be very wide. We have very conveniently synthesized several C-nucleosides including monocyclic and 5,5-membered bicyclic compounds from this intermediate.
