摘要
A silica gel bonded chiral fluoro alcoholic stationary phase has been prepared for the direct liquid chromatographic separation of the enantiomers of a wide assortment of solutes. The chiral fluoro alcohol utilized was selected on the basis of a rationally devised chiral recognition model that accounts for the origins of the observed separations and elution orders of the various enantiomers. More than 50 such resolutions are presented for sulfoxides, lactones, and derivatives of amines, amino acids, amino alcohols, alcohols, thiols, and hydroxy acids. © 1979, American Chemical Society.
