摘要
In July 2005, researchers from 15 European countries and 43 partners began to work on a 5-year project called HEALTHGRAIN. This work is an EU Integrated Project funded by the European Commission within the Sixth Framework Programme, FOOD-CT-2005-514008 under the topic 'Improving and enhancing the nutritional value and health benefits of cereals'.
