摘要
The 13C-12C ratios for a number of vegetable oils, starches, and proteins have been determined. As expected, the values for animal proteins reflect the animals diet. The possible application of using 13C-12C analysis in differentiating corn-fed animal protein (C4 plant) fromsoy protein (C3 plant) in soy-meat mixtures is discussed. © 1979, American Chemical Society.
