摘要：

In this article we examine the influence of personal, social, and cultural factors, in particular continuity of mother‐child coresidence, on the reproductive decisions of HIV‐positive, women drug users. Among these women, decisions to terminate a pregnancy were found to be most significantly associated with continuity of mother‐child coresidence. We explore the policy implications of this finding. 1991 American Anthropological Association
