摘要：

Single crystalline CdS layers of some mm2 area and 10-500μ thickness were prepared by epitaxial growth on one dimensionally disordered ZnS platelets. The CdS layers grown on the (0001) and (112̄0) faces of the ZnS platelets were investigated by X-ray diffraction.
