摘要
New superconducting cupric oxides with Tc = 80K and 100K has been found in the Sr-Cu-O system treated at 6GPa and 1373K. The system is free from any trivalent or quadrivalent counter cation in contrast with the known superconducting cupric oxides. Its basic structure is the infinite-layer structure where CuO2 sheets built up from corner sharing CuO4 squares alternate with alkaline earth layers without oxygen. The temperature dependences of magnetic susceptibility and resistivity are reported.
