摘要：

The aqueous humour of 15 normal eyes was analysed by disc electrophoresis. The normal result is presented and differences from serum demonstrated: The cathodic end of the gel was especially poor in fractions. The paracentesis method employed is unlikely to cause qualitative artefacts in the protein picture. The expected disturbing effect of large aspirated volumes on the qualitative protein picture is apparently reduced to a minimum by the slow aspiration. © 1969 S. Karger AG, Basel.
