摘要
The main hypothesis of this article concerns the capacity for apprenticeship within companies and the capacity of the actors to develop uncertainties in order to <<invent>> strategic resources. Disproving in part the analysis put forward by M. Crozier, this study underlines the unstable character of social systems in non-bureaucratic companies, as well as the constraints of economic legitimacy of the actors. Moreover, this study points out the existence of a complementarity and competitiveness between the logic of innovation and that of organization; consequently, the rationalisation of work becomes a permanent stake and movement in the way of companies function.
