摘要
Superconducting single crystals of Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2CaCu2O8 with T(c) = 92-96 K and DELTAT(c) = 2-4 K were grown by a self-flux and local cooling method. The crystals have a/b dimensions as large as 5-10 mm. The sample's quality was examined by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and DC susceptibility.
